Reporting to the Property Maintenance Officer, this position is responsible to plan, organize and carry-out all maintenance activities for TTC, CMHC, and Capital Asset building to that they operate in a safe and healthy manner. Assists the Property Maintenance Officer with the planning of repairs, estimates and forecasts budget requirements and compiles project reports.
