Teslin Tlingit Council (TTC) invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide Human Resources/Labour Relations consultation for the Workforce Director and Workforce Staff. The contractor will assist with the development of knowledge and skills in the theories of Human Resources. The contractor is responsible for establishing priorities and plans for resolution of issues in a timely manner as well as assist and developing and following a work plan to achieve a functioning, Workforce Development Department.
